2. Services
Duskfield Sonata provides beginner violin courses and educational materials. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice where feasible.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. Notify us immediately upon discovery of any unauthorized use.
4. Purchases and Refunds
All prices are displayed in USD. Unless otherwise stated, each purchase grants lifetime access to the course materials. Should a course not meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days for assistance.
5. Intellectual Property
All content including videos, text, sheet music, lesson plans, and trademarks remains the exclusive property of Duskfield Sonata or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited.
6. License
Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content solely for your own study. Classroom or commercial use requires a separate license agreement.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code.
- Do not share account credentials or course materials with third parties.
- Refrain from any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or harassing conduct.
8. Disclaimers
Educational materials are provided without warranties of any kind, including performance guarantees or specific learning outcomes. You are solely responsible for instrument maintenance and your physical well-being during practice. Discontinue use and seek professional advice should any discomfort arise.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Duskfield Sonata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may cease using the service at any time by contacting support.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
